Mountain Pine Elementary is thrilled to welcome Mollie Carder to our team as our new 2nd Grade Teacher!
Mrs. Carder brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion for early literacy back home to Arkansas. Her journey in education began in 2001 in Benton, where she grew up. Over her career, she has taught kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades!
After 15 years as a classroom teacher, Mrs. Carder expanded her expertise as a reading interventionist and spent several years training other educators on best practices in reading instruction. Most recently, she spent six years in Texas working as a specialized dyslexia interventionist. Now, she is excited to be back in the Natural State and return to where her heart is—the elementary classroom!

- 📍 Roots: Benton, AR native returning home after 6 years in Texas!
