BIG WIN FOR MOUNTAIN PINE!

For the third year in a row, Mountain Pine has dominated the Ouachita Mountains Region Science and Engineering Fair (OMRSEF), and we couldn’t be prouder of our very own Jamie Winchel!

Jamie’s project, which analyzed the impact of video games on typing speed and accuracy, didn't just impress the judges—it swept the awards table!

The Highlights:

The CITADEL Securities Innovation Prize: Awarded for ingenuity and data-driven decision-making. (Plus a $100 cash prize!)

1st Place in Behavioral & Social Sciences: Jamie is officially headed to the State Competition on April 3rd!

OVERALL REGIONAL FINALIST: That’s right—Jamie won the entire fair!   Next Stop: Phoenix, Arizona!

As the Regional Finalist, Jamie has earned an all-expense-paid trip to the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) this May!

He will be joining top students from over 75 countries to compete for a share of $9 million in prizes. It is a massive stage, and we know Jamie is going to represent Mountain Pine with pride.
